My heart is a bright light within me.

As I twist, coil and contort 
I fine my release, I squeeze out the old patterns 
I break thru and illuminate my new path 
I unfold and allow the unfurling blossom of life's beauty 
It bestows on me it's life giving nectar, the essence of freedom is at hand 
I discover the brilliance of simplicity and contentment 
I am restoration through my inner peace. 

This painting was very emotional. The colors took me on a wonderful journey of inner dialogue. I feel the releasing of my resistance. I am free to give more of my self to the process of life.
