The softness and femininity of this lady in pink was inspired by my desire for romance with a softer touch.  The female form is the subject of gentleness.  I find great inspiration in the soft curves and gentle movements in this ladies playful pose.  The sentiment was explored even further by creating her in soft chalk pastels, using the fingertips to push around the silky colors is a sensuous experience in itself.

This pastel painting was created on pastel paper, 18" x 24".  This painting has been sealed with Final Fixative for protection, and layered with glycine paper for archival preservation.  This painting will come rolled in a shipping tube and ready to be put into a frame of your choice.
